We believe that through prayer, meditation, and few tricks up our doula's sleeves, your birth story will be amazing. According to Cochran Revies, doulas can help lower the c-section rate up to 52.9%, delay the need for an epidural and decrease postpartum depression by 47%
We don't disappear when the baby arrives,
our postpartum doulas are here to help momma rest, heal and be the best momma she can be. Our Lactation Educators will make sure baby is well fed, call or email us with any questions you have! We look forward to being allowed to witness your miracle.
